Tana Ramsay’s method of cooking fish is so easy and the children love it, especially when they have their own little fish parcels. The steaming process traps all the goodness and flavour of the fish – what could be better?

My husband and I have just moved to the area and we wanted a great pub to go and eat. We are pretty fussy, but why should we be, as going out to eat either for lunch or dinner should be a pleasurable and relaxing experience. We both had the Roast Beef, and for desert, the chocolate Brownie with clotted cream ice cream, it was amazing. Every mouthful was delight to eat and the dinner was piping hot, (hate my veg cold and meat hot. Told you we were fussy). It was also nice that they use local produce. Pretty pub set in the middle of nowhere, with excellent food and drink at a very reasonable price with friendly staff. Our ideal place to eat, drink and relax, 10 out of 10.
