    For many years any time we were in Ayrshire we would take a detour to visit fencebay for fab food. Now they attend farmers markets in Glasgow. Today at Partick farmers market I was able to know exactly when the trout was caught and by whom and exactly when the scallops came out of the water. They were wonderful.
