    Suzan Allan IS a food hero! Her meticulous attention to detail and desire to produce the most beautiful, delicious food she possibly can has earned her a reputation that is second to none. Sourcing local, fresh ingredients is her passion, and creating amazing, beautiful food is her mission. Suzan and her team of professionals have catered every event I have organised for the last few years and I NEVER have any complaints-OR any leftovers!!!! Her food is created with love and passion and served with flair and theatrical aplomb-she IS the best!
