    Chef-owner Jennifer Laing has worked tirelessly for years to put Alresford (Hampshire) and its famous salad crop watercress firmly on the map. Initially with her restaurant Cafe Cresson and now with Cresson Creative her passion for watercress and the ways she weaves it creatively into her recipes is incredible! Her product range is so unique - I've never seen anyone else doing anything like it. Jennifer was instrumental in organising the very first annual Alresford Watercress Festival and continues to be heavily involved. A local food hero if ever there was one!
