  Ettore (Etti!) and Catherine have become good friends since we met at the Lancashire farmers' markets. Not only does Etti produce fab pesto's, and other scrummy delights, (You have to try his marinated mushrooms; I can eat a pot in one go!) they also have a deli, specialising in all things Sicilian. Here you can also seek five minutes sanctuary, with a delicious panini, and gorgeous coffee; plans to expand the tiny eating area into something bigger can only be great news for downtown Penwortham! No matter how busy Etti is, he always takes the time to make you feel valued, can help 'chill you out', and make you laugh! 'Good luck', Guys! x p.s. Etti made me write this, otherwise he said he'd send 'The Boys' round!
