    sausages look a bit anaemic unlsess browned first! nice flavoured dish, but it was a bit dry. wouldn't be dashing home to make or eat this! sorry!

    fabulous as usual from Galton! The red onion marmalade is scrumptious. I used creme fraiche instead of cream in the crushed peas. it was all delicious. a firm favourite

    love the show but trying to find recipes on the website is frustrating!! please fix this! Love Rachel Allen - she does us Irish proud and is a great inspiration. I've made loads of her recipes and they all work! wish they were easier to find though! :)
