    Nigel of Meat City was THE butcher who taught me what real quality means when it comes to meat. I'm not at all surprised he has been nominated as a local food hero. Unfortunately, I can't get into London often enough now to buy from Meat City but I will thank him here for enlightening me about the way in which animals should be treated - with respect - and for the experience of eating tasty, tender meat, the likes of which I had never experienced buying from a supermarket. Onwards and upwards Nigel.
