    Yummy comfort food. Almonds,chocolate and butter some made to a toffee must be a great combination for a great or 4th course to a good dinner party

    Attention to detail/cristalised rose petals etc add to any good meringue recipe and when you add mascopone to cream it brings another dimension to any sweet or PUD.
