    Always rated James as the best but he should leave 'Traditional' Lancashire recipes to traditional Lancashire Folk. The only part of the recipe he gets right is the lamb and the kidneys, the rest, he need lessons!!

    Pleased to see you got it right. Most Chefs get it wrong or add non authentic ingredients. This recipe is straight out of my Grandma's notebook of 1892, a Bolton lass. She left me her original pot in her will, which is still in use today. Well done

    a 5 star service and a 6 star crew. if you want to match mike robinson, tell the lads the recipe and you can match them all. I did with mike's roast belly pork. i gave andy my garlic and rosemary stuffing and he did the rest. delicious and at a very realistic price. its worth travelling 5 miles past two other butchers to get top service.
