    As an Australian who recently moved to London (via Argentina and Brazil) I am very lucky to have Nigel as my local butcher. His naturally reared, free-range meat and poultry is outstanding and he truely believes in service with a smile. This man knows his stuff and is always happy to advise on cooking techniques.
