    On a recent visit to Lancashire I was delighted to come across Phillipa's fine foods at a farmers market. yes the lady is most definately several platters short of a buffet, but her enthusiasm and passion was most refreshing. I found the cakes I bought to be delicious and excellent value for money. high praise from a dedicated cook. Well done Phillipa - wishing you continued success.
