    As a complete novice in the kitchen I contacted Philippa in desperation as summer approached as I could not face the same bland food I prepare over and over again for summer entertaining. I headed off to Philippas cookery course for summer entertaining, we were all made to feel really comfortable and no question was too silly! with Philippas none stop banter the evening was very good fun. Since then we have entertained on numerous occasions and they think I have bought the food in. I would highly recommend anybody to go one of Philippas courses no matter what standard of cook you are. Thank you very much Philippa I have been inspired!! Wishing you every success.
