    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL AT THE OLD STABLES TEA ROOMS! ONCE AGAIN CHEF ON THE RUN - AKA MIKE AND RACHEL CARNELL HAVE TRIUMPHED AT THIS YEARS GREAT TASTE AWARDS IN LONDON. NOT SATISFIED WITH WINNING A GOLD 1STAR AND A GOLD 3STAR FOR THEIR PRESERVES, THEY ALSO SCOOPED THE BEST WELSH SPECIALITY AWARD, FOR THE WHOLE OF WALES. WELL DONE TO YOU BOTH, ALL PRESERVES ARE MADE AND FOR SALE AT THE TEA ROOMS IN HAY-ON-WYE
