    Whatmore can be said about this incredible human dynamo? How many others spend almost all of the 24 hours in a day enthusing,thinking, talking, preparing, selling, and occasionally eating her home made products? Often to be found at 3 or 4 in the morning baking or bottling for her farmers market stalls, she manages also to fit in cookery demonstrations,sourcing local products which she cannot grow herself,and as if this weren't enough,she has now opened a cookery school in deepest Lancashire. If this latest venture is as successful as her frequently sold out food stalls we should soon be hearing more about this over-exuberant character. Wishing you every success Philippa.
