    Unique, absolutely a one off! Combine infectious enthusiasm for good, local, home produced food with a rare and blossoming talent. Whisk in a heart of gold with a deep knowledge of her craft. Pop in a bit of craziness and a dash of hyperactivity and serve garnished with a fabulous sense of humour.
