    How can one person have soooo much energy, her fingers in so many pies (not literally, but all food related!)and still find time to feed the needy?!! (The latter being my four "littlies"/children, who quite often get the pleasurable job of sampling Philippas delicious wares!)Having tried Philippas scrummy, varied dishes for the past nine or so years, we can wholeheartedly recommend that everyone should try them! Warning.....be prepared to put on a stone or so because you just want more!!!! Keep up the good work Philippa, and I don't care what they say, you do have a face for television, not just radio!
