    Philippa makes everything for the farmers market herself using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, no artificial flavourings or additves are used, but beware, philippas passion and enthusiasm for food is infectious, and, like her produce, addictive! Her quest to spread the word about good food has led to her opening the cookery school, with just four to six people on any course the tips and wrinkles of how to produce high quality acheivable meals are in abundance. Philippa puts a lot of effort into championing local producers and can be seen at various shows in her bespoke kitchen, demonstrating quick and easy recipes using local produce. BEWARE, described in the Lancashire Pennine Food Festival brochure for this September as 'a hyperactive-rocket on bonfire night' and 'the rocket-fuelled Philippa James', perhaps she should come with a government health warning! I know all this from first hand experience because I am the unpaid staff who was brave/daft enough to marry her!
