  There is a Welsh saying "Mon Mam Cymru" - translates "Anglesey is the Mother of Wales" then Hooton's is Anglesey's larder. A family affair, which offers quality, locally produced food, consistently. The cafe produces freshly cooked, reasonably priced food using the ingredients Hooton's produce and sell in surroundings which are far from glamorous but quite ingenious! The outlet is constructed of shipping containers and old greenhouse's and with a view, which on a clear day is quite simply breathtaking and good for the soul. Which can also take the chore out of shopping. The Holy Grail for any serious cook or chef is the ingredients and as a paying punter for over 2 years of shopping at Hooton’s I have not been let down.
