    Having been raised on corn-fed, industrialized american meat, it was a revelation to taste Nigel's magnificent wares for the first time. I feel lucky to have enjoyed his wonderful grass-fed beef, sweet and succulent pork, and of course the deep and dark blood pudding! Do yourself a favour and visit him; talk to him about meat and walk away with some lovingly raised and butchered dinner!
