    Jennifer Laing, the owner of Cresson Creative has been a long standing local food hero. She has created a business which promotes the local watercress in her catering menus and food products for local markets. She was also a founding father of the successful Watercress Festival which has now gained the support of the major watercress players in the industry and brings a lot of tourism and investment into the town of Alresford. Jennifer's business Cresson Creative was also voted Hampshire Rural Business of the Year 2006. Well done Jennifer.
