    I just met Chilli Rich yesterday at an event he was covering at my work place in Bradford W Yorkshire. He had a stall with and some of the brilliantly inspired produce; loads things to try and some totally brand new ideas. I have to say from meeting him; he doing a fantastic job, creating and marketing ideas and generating new ones every time. (He’s a bit of a cutie too!!) He is a charming fella with all the time in the world for you. We discussed food, ideas, recipes, books, his history and all things chilli. His ideas are fantastic, his devotion to "getting it out there" is remarkable and his dedication to the belief in his produce is truly admirable He has the drive to win something like this and generate education, expansion and more brilliant ideas to making his produce accessible to all – including those who are a bit chilli shy.
