  • On Tagliarini with courgettes, prawns, mint and chilli:

    Prawns are totally overcooked in this recipe. I used a mixture of "spot" prawn,scallops and clams. Delicious.

  • On Tofu with ginger caramel and lime:

    For those of you who are wary of ginger, try it with roasted cardomon pods and then grind and sprinkle. Ther are dozens of spices to experiment with. Ginger was good for me. Frm Harry.
