    I usually cook the potatoes first, as they take longer.And it then it doesn't resemble a dark brown mush, holds its shape, whilst remaining "gooey" in the middle

    Sorry, but this is not patatas bravas that I have experienced. It needs a bit more spanish attitude, some onions and some fresh peppers

    Could you use tinned or marinated artichokes in this recipe, to cut down on preparation
