    This is the easiest of all cakes, never fails, if it does it is something you are doing, made a larger quantity yesterday with my grandchildren for a giant cupcake it turned out perfectly much to their delight. I cooked it on a lower heat for around an hour and opened the oven a lot to check if it was cooked and it didn't sink at all.
