    Hi Stanco, we would recommend using good quality pre-prepared chicken stock to make this recipe so speedy. Whilst it's best to make your own stock, good quality pre-prepared stock can save time!

    Hi Deborah, you can get citric acid from a winemaking specialist online or on the high street, or from your local chemist.

    Hi Laura and Katherine, this cordial will usually keep for 3 weeks, sealed in a bottle in the fridge. You can also freeze it in small batches to keep for even longer!
