    Absolutely lovely. I used light brown muscovado sugar as that was what I had in the cupboard. Just had one warm with a cup of coffee - absolutely gorgeous. I halved the recipe and due to not having a small square tin, cooked in a victoria sandwich tin and then cut into wedges.
