    I tried this recipe and found it was far too dry to mix. The only liquid is from the eggs. I added a little milk to facilitate mixing. There was enough mixture for 16 large cupcakes. I baked them for 14 mins in a fan oven and they turned out quite well...eventually. I won't be trying this recipe again.
