  Very good produce from a very good producer. Their knowledge is excelent, and their commitment to use as few chemicals as possible very honourable. Local and rare varieties, all seasonally produced.

• On Leagram's Organic Dairy Ltd:

  Leagram's cheeses are fantastic, and there's something there for everyone. I'm not a lover of blue cheeses but I'm told that they're fantastic; I do, however, love their sheep's cheeses - soft, firm and mature! Always worth a visit at the farmers' markets.

• On Savin Hill:

  I've been buying my pork and beef from Savin Hill for going on 2 years now and I haven't found anyone who comes close to their quality. Everyone there is friendly, and they welcome visits to the farm (time permitting) to meet the animals; a true sign that they've nothing to hide.
