  Delicious food, sourced locally, great range of food. Love the interesting salad garnishes - never an afterthought. Friendly welcome and child-friendly.

  I disagree that Three Fishes is overrated. We go regularly - it's a great favourite with both us and our children. The children's menu is superb. All the food is of fabulous quality and it's lovely to know the provenance of the ingredients.

  Consistently excellent. Food is creative, beautifully cooked and as locally produced as possible. Staff are knowledgeable, and the accommodation is extremely comfortable.

  We used to love the Derby, but had truly rude and appalling service the last time we went - and that was from the owner! We will not be returning, and neither will most of our friends. It's a shame, as our family has been going there for years.
