  Derimon Smokery is a lovely little smokery in Anglesey , the reason David McCreadie started up the smokery is because he was tired of buying slopy smoked salmon and fish like that from the super market. So he started smoking his own fresh smoked fish. He now does a wonderful smoked seafood and meat range. He also does smoked salt which he supplies to Marks and Spencers. That is lovely salt to season your food with. It's a lovely little smokery and to everyone who reads this review a suggest you go and try it for your self i promise youll love it.
