  Katie has been very flexible in seeing me for a last minute consultation, considering I called her in the morning, she saw me that afternoon and was very professional and provided tasters of all of her yummy cakes so we could make a decision. I cannot wait to see our wedding cake and I am sure it will taste as good as it will look. Katie was recommended to me by a friend who had used her and I have already recommended her to a friend who is also having a cake made for her wedding by Katie. I wish her the best of luck.
