I buy at the farmer's market every month and am always impressed with the quality of the fish and shellfish. I have eaten several times at the restaurant Fins in Fairlie and shopped in their shop there too. The food is excellent and good value. The shop sells wonderful home-made bread which is also served in the restaurant- a true find!
