Johnny came up through the 'old school' of starting as an apprentice boy to one of the best master butchers in Nottingham, and has grown into being one of the leading butchers in the UK, winning a number of prizes along the way. It is not hard to see why. His shop always has exceptionally high quality meats on offer, but also a number of innovative selections based on his experience combining British, Contintental, and especially Hungarian traditions. You will go there for the meats, but the honest enthusiam he and his staff show for the customer will make it even more of a pleasure.
