This is a proper traditional butcher. The meat quality is always excellent and they will always go the extra mile - like cutting fresh steaks even when they have some on display, discussing the right cut of meat and ordering in specific joints. As everyone says, they have the best sausages in the area, great kebabs and marinated spare ribs to die for. You always feel you get a personal service, no matter how busy they are, even to remembering your name and your food preferences.
