  I have known Nigel kennedy for many years.I have always had faith in him.This is a man who has charm , wit and experience earned through many years in the catering industry. He has a cool head, and is deeply thoughtful to his staff. Nigel is a craftsman who works with his staff as a team , desperately seeking the right end results for each indivdual customer. Make no mistake Appetite Direct is a class act and I commend the company and its culinary expertise to you all!
