  First of all Rhianydd was so polite and prompt in her communication that it was a pleasure purchasing from her. The product was first class with such attention to detail. More importantly even when postal disaster struck, Rhianydd came up trumps and provided a replacement free of charge. She genuinely felt distraught that the iced dragons had been damaged. Naturally they went down a storm in the wedding. It is the little touches like this that set this sort of company apart from the rest. Quality with that personal, local touch- Priceless!
