  I could not agree more with the below ratings. The Salmon is fabulous. I shamefully was not aware of Swallows Fish until a friend mentioned them to me. I live not far from Seahouses myself and was delighted to find this little place still using traditional methods. You can even shop online and have the fish delivered to your door. My husband loved the Fishermans itchen... although it still hasn't inspired him to get into our kitchen and cook but I guess miracles take longer than a fish does to smoke!!

  I just love this range of meals. I don't think they have been around long but they are a godsend. I have two small children and another on the way so by the time Ive fed them I don't have much time to spend in the kitchen and frozen meals are becoming so tiresome. My husband loves the Alnwick Castle Estate Venison meatballs but my favourite is the Northumberland Cheese Soup it has a really nice kick to it. I would reccomend them to anybody!
