  the owners are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for arkward people like myself. i can pre-order any specficic cuts of meat i require and can have any type of sausage or burger made for me in any size eg chipolata,cocktail etc. the meat is the best i have ever tasted (and im not that easy to please ) when cooked the meat just melts in your mouth. whenever i cook a beef joint on a sunday we spend the rest of the day eating roast beef sandwiches (after eating a sunday lunch) because you cant leave it. i have too fussy young nephews who do not like burgers or sausages bur cannot get enough of northumbrian quality meats i also have alittle rescue dog and get her dog meat and raw bones too. my mum had gall stones and was advised to stay off certain foods sausages, bacon, mince (supermarket meat agrivated the condition) she ate northumbrians quality meat and was fine. i could go on forever singing their praises. northumbrian quality meats offer exceptional quality meat, value for money as there is no wastage and the service is fantastic,and the people are genuine, they take time to talk to you, customer service how it should be. my favourite product to be introduced this year is proper organic beef dripping the smell when it is melting(as if im roasting a joint in the oven)is gorgeous adding beef dripping to the yorkshire pudding tin produces the biggest and tastiest yorkshire puddings i have ever had. The farm itself is breathtaking. Steve and julia Ramshaw are my local food heros i have been buying from them for over two years now and would never change.
