I followed the recipe except I had no sherry and committed cookery sin and used a beef stock cube to add a bit of flavour to the water instead and it is really tasty. You really have to cook it for hours though.

This is my local butchers and the range and quailty is great. They sell meat from their own farm and are always helpful and friendly.

I love this stall, there is always a wee taster out to tempt you, the owner is very nice and any time I have bought cheese from here it has been top class

The staff are great and I love the array of cheeses - the olives and pate selection are good. I am not a huge fan of the fish section as it is a bit too strong smelling and can put you off going in but overall a good wee shop.

The best meal I've ever had in my whole life. I scored 4 for value as I think the mark up on wine is too much.

The meat from this butchers is the best meat in Northern Ireland. We holiday in Fermanagh and love going down there to get a good supply of different meats including the famous black bacon and clonakilty black pudding. The staff are so friendly and talk to you like old friends. The owner has even offered to take us to see his pigs by boat to the island where they are reared. The range is fantastic and it makes it difficult to choose what to buy. Also there is a good range of deli foods - the olives marinated in chilli are delicious. It is a pleasure to shop here.
