    I've only just bought some spices from these people and emailed them with a number of questions - customer service was excellent. I had an informative reply every time within 24 hrs. And the spices smell amazing!

    Same comment about cooking time - leave it in for longer. Any tips for making sure the butter cream doesn't split?
