On Basil gnocchi with simple tomato sauce and wild rocket:

I know that is important for the potatoes to be passed through a ricer for a smooth consistency. Well, I don't have a ricer and to be honest I didn't really want to buy one, so I used a fine grater instead and it did the job! And another thing, I boiled the potatoes in their skins. They are firmer when grated and tastier.

It was very easy and quick to prepare, but that's because I used tinned chick peas. Oh well!
