    I too have an Aga [4 oven] and although I find it fairly easy to convert most recipes it would be great to avoid the trial and error factor by having some instructions specifically for Aga users

    How delightfully simple. I used to make this with my Ex's 90 year old Granny in Ireland but she never weighed anything and just slung everything in "by handfulls". Thank you so much Rachel for a wonderfully simple recipe
