    We cooked Sailana Junglee Murgh and the ghee made the chicken very moist and you could really taste the flavours in the chicken because of the slow cooking. We cooked it with green lentil dal and saffron pilau. It was spicy but you could taste the individual flavours. A great recipe we will use again.
