A real treat for all the family quick and easy to cook.
Kids love it and your grad parents will remember when corned beef was all you got. I started to make it ages ago and still do, I have passed this dish on to many people and they all love it. good winter fare.

Ingredients


2 tins corned beef, one large onion, one tin baked beans, 2 large potatoes, good pinch of pepper. optional extras
cheese and egg

Method


Cook the onion till browns, empty corned beef into ovenproof dish, add pepper, place cooked onions on top of corned beef add baked beans, boil and mash spuds, place on top of the beans place in hot oven for 30 mins and serve optional extras cheese and a baked egg on top of hash.
