Recipe Story
This recipe goes well with the pepper water i sent recently,along with boiled plain rice.
My father was a great cook,and learned all his cooking skills from India.
I have over two hundred recipes which i do prepare and feed family and friends.

EasyIngredients
1 2tbsp oil
2 2 large onions sliced
3 2lbs pork or chicken cut into cubes
4 2 cloves garlic chopped
5 salt to taste
6 205g tinned tomatoes
7 1/2tsp tumeric
8 1/2 red chilli powder
9 1 pint water
10 4 potatoes,peeled and cut into four.
11 2tbsp malt vinegar.
Method
Heat oil add onions and fry until golden brown
Take onions out and place in a bowl
Add meat and fry until brown
Add garlic and fry for one minute
Add salt,tomatoes,tumeric and chilli powder and fry until dry
Add water and cook until meat is tender
Add potatoes and cook till half tender,add the vinegar and cook until quite dry
Serve in a dish and sprinkle with fried onions
