Recipe Story
This was made on my wedding day when I was trying to make meringues but they went wrong and just kept breaking. So the best man and his wife and my husband and I came up with this idea.

EasyIngredients
broken meringues
whipped double cream
Strawberry's and raspberry's
Whiskey
Method
Place all ingrediants except whiskey in a bowl and mix pour some whiskey over the top and serve in small bowls or glasses

it had a creamy fruity whiskey flavour to it and a crunch to the bite it was exceptional.
