when i was younger about 6 i think my dad used to make these for a treat
Servings:
6-8Ingredients
250g sugar
500g water
500g strawberrys
Method
1, put the sugar and water in a deep pan and let it boil for about 5 mins but dont let it go really dark brown or black
2,put strawberrys into a bowl and pour over the caramel quickly serve the strawberrys before they stick to the bowl
3,serve with cream or ice cream
