Light battered cape hake on a bed rocket salad with a Potato Salad

Recipe Story

I decided to make this dish because i fancied something different so i tried this i hope you like it.

Servings:

1

Ingredients


1 bag of baby potatoes
1 bag of Rocket salad
1 box of lightly battered cape hake
A pinch of salt & pepper
1 small sized pan with water in it {and a pinch of salt & pepper}
for the potato dip
2 tbsp of mayonaise
4 slices of cucumber roughly diced
A few mint leaves diced
A pinch of salt and pepper

Method


Cut the potatoes into big cubes.

Boil the potatoes for 20 mins.

Grab a handful of rocket salad and put it in the middle of the plate with abit of salt and pepper.

put the hake in the oven for 15-20 mins at 100 degrees c.

chop the mint dice the cucumber put the 2 tbsp of mayonaise in the small bowl put the chopped mint and cumber in with the salt and pepper and mix dip the cubes of potato in and place it round the plate and when the hake is cooked place on top of the rocket salad bed and serve.
