Im not sure where it comes from but people all have there own ingredients but most are around the that same

Ingredients


potatoes around 1.5 large ones per person

sausages 2 per person

mince beef 1lb

1 tin of corned beef

1 large onion

black pudding as many as you think you need

gravy granules

water

Method


brown of the mince and sauages with the onion, thewn slice the sausages into 3's place in a large pan and add the black pudding and corned beef (chopped) then mix the gravy granules with the water to make a gravy quite thin add than to the pan and mix all together then slice the potatoes thinly and add to the mix accross the top you can either cook it on the stove until the potatoes are cooked .some people add the mix to a oven dish and cook it in the oven until the potatoes are browned and cooked
