Quick and Healthy Homous
by Shelledpea 1from Stalybridge
Recipe Story
After reading through so many homous recipes and finding that they all seem heavy on the prep (i.e. soaking chick peas over night, peeling garlic and juicing lemons) I ammended them to this quick ~ under 3 min recipe. You can also vary the taste by adding fresh coriander, sundried tomatoes or even roasted red peppers. Serve with sliced granary bread and fresh salad. It will keep in the fridge for upto 4 days.
